At Modeste Designs, every product is made with care and intention. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

• You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags attached.

• Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.

How to Start a Return
To begin a return, please email us at modestedesignsllc@gmail.com with:

• Your order number

• The item(s) you’d like to return

• The reason for your return

We’ll respond with instructions within 2–3 business days.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about your refund status.

• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrived damaged or there was a mistake, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.
